The thing is, everyone has their faults, and no one can be perfect 24/7. That, combined with the "actions speak louder than words" phrase tends to make people feel guilty. You should aspire to be the best you can be, but there will be times when you mess up. I can't tell you how many times I've had to apologize to my parents for getting angry and yelling. Just an example. Doesn't mean I'm a hypocrite, just human. And it doesn't make it right. There's a line between hypocrite and normal--you just have to differentiate. This is all very true. You know a lot more about the Bible and Scripture than I do. What little I know about the Psalms, I think David alternated between praising God and doubting God. That is very human. I know many times I have been very angry with God for things that have happened, mostly to my loved ones, but on the other hand, I have always been afraid to give up, for fear that things would be worse, so I keep believing.
